A loft overlooking the sea within the former Colonia Regina Elena complex, located between Calambrone beach and the long avenue connecting Marina di Pisa to Livorno. This penthouse apartment at the complex’s first floor brings the rationalist alphabet of the building into the contemporary era. The space extends outward towards the sea through large west-facing windows, shielded by sliding curtains that filter light and scenery. The design creates a unified space flooded with light, where the sky reflects infinitely on the glass floor of the immaterial loft.
