L<\/span>\u2019<\/span>edificio \u00e8 parte di una serie di costruzioni sperimentali che si basano sull<\/span>\u2019<\/span>esplorazione dello spazio e della luce e del loro rapporto con l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>ambiente. Progettato per committenti \u201cmoderni\u201d , ciascun progetto tenta di rappresentare la soluzione abitativa perfettamente rispondente alle esigenze della vita domestica. Elemento matrice di una lottizzazione, l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>edificio cerca di isolarsi dal rumore e dall<\/span>\u2019<\/span>inquinamento del contesto urbano circostante. Caratterizzato dalla presenza di un ampio cortile interno, <\/span>\u201c<\/span>peristilium\u201d, l\u2019intera superficie \u00e8 stata divisa in tre strisce uguali che alternano volumi costruiti con giardini e terrazze. I prospetti si caratterizzano per l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>uso di materiali naturali quale pietra di travertino, marmo nero assoluto e legno. Superfici limitate in marmo nero assoluto e schermature in legno pensate come pause architettoniche scandiscono e interrompono i prospetti. Grazie al rapporto equilibrato dei volumi interni, attraverso un gioco articolato di pieni e vuoti, si ottiene uno spazio domestico dinamico e aperto, la casa diventa luogo ideale per la vita domestica di ogni giorno; il concetto di spazio flessibile, materiali sobri e il rapporto con l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>intorno contribuiscono a conferire al progetto una sensibilit\u00e0 raffinata. Architettonicamente la villa \u00e8 stata estremamente solida all<\/span>\u2019<\/span>esterno, cava e leggera all<\/span>\u2019<\/span>interno, completamente permeabile: un monolite rivestito interamente in travertino, vetro e legno, contemporaneo ed essenziale. L<\/span>\u2019<\/span>ingresso riempie lo spazio abitativo, mentre gli interni sono lasciati vuoti, quasi come una grotta scolpita nei dettagli e adattata alla vita domestica. Inoltre, il vuoto degli spazi crea un continuo cambiamento di prospettive in cui perdersi. La villa si sviluppa come un spazio libero permeabile capace di generare nuovi ambienti da abitare e condividere.<\/span><\/p>\n

This building is part of a series of experimental constructions exploring space, light, and their relationship with the environment. Designed for modern clients, each project aims to represent the perfect housing solution for domestic life needs. Featuring a large internal courtyard, or “peristyle,” the entire surface is divided into three equal strips alternating built volumes with gardens and terraces. The facades showcase natural materials such as travertine stone, absolute black marble, and wood. Limited surfaces in absolute black marble and wooden screens as architectural pauses punctuate and interrupt the facades. Thanks to the balanced internal volumes, through a complex interplay of solids and voids, a dynamic and open domestic space is achieved, making the house an ideal place for everyday living; the concept of flexible space, sober materials, and the relationship with the surroundings contribute to giving the project a refined sensitivity. Architecturally, the villa is extremely solid externally, hollow and light inside, completely permeable: a monolith entirely clad in travertine, glass, and wood, contemporary and essential. The entrance fills the living space, while the interiors are left empty, almost like a cave carved in detail and adapted to domestic life. Moreover, the voids of the spaces create a continuous change of perspectives to lose oneself in. The villa develops as a permeable free space capable of generating new living and sharing environments.<\/p>\n
