Tale modello \u00e8 stato utilizzato per studiare il comportamento energetico dell’edificio, la cui analisi \u00e8 stata effettuata, mediante software, al fine di:
– valutare la griglia energetica in qualsiasi parte dell’edificio;
– individuare i ponti termici;
– verificare il comportamento delle pareti esterne;
– verificare gli infissi.
Una volta raccolti e interconnessi i dati delle analisi precedenti, gli ingegneri sono stati in grado di comprendere lo stato prestazionale attuale e ottenere un feedback in termini di classificazione energetica europea. Tale classificazione va da A a G, dove la classe G indica la peggiore performance, mentre la A \u00e8 ulteriormente suddivisa in 4 sottoclassi (A4 \u00e8 la migliore). A seguito dello studio, l’edificio \u00e8 risultato classificato %22G%22. A questo punto, partendo dalla classe G ed in possesso dei dati delle analisi, siamo riusciti ad approcciare il problema prestazionale delle componenti l\u2019edificio, e trovare le soluzioni per migliorarne il comportamento energetico. Dato che un comportamento energetico peggiore minaccia il benessere indoor degli abitanti, oltre ad aumentare il consumo di combustibili fossili e il conseguente rilascio di C02 nell’atmosfera, l’obiettivo richiesto dalla propriet\u00e0 era di migliorare il rating di almeno 2 classi, rivalutando tecnologicamente il fabbricato per riclassificarlo in Classe E. Altro requisito obbligatorio era quello di mantenere l’estetica dell’edificio, definita dal rivestimento in mattoni rossi.
Per migliorare il comportamento energetico generale dell’edificio abbiamo adottato quanto segue:
– sostituzione dei i serramenti, utilizzando infissi in PVC con vetro-camera con Argon e specchiatura esterna basso emissiva;
– applicazione sull\u2019esterno del fabbricato di pannelli coibenti in EPS grafitato, spessore 120 mm, rivestiti con mattoni polimerici rossi;
– sostituzione della centrale termica.
Relativamente ai mattoni di rivestimento, \u00e8 stata condotta apposita ricerca nei laboratori della STO (industria che produce i coibenti), dove sono stati riprodotti con l\u2019estetica attuale ma con materiale sintetico (polimeri) al fine di ridurne il peso e mitigare l\u2019aumento del carico complessivo determinato dai coibenti e relativi sistemi di supporto. Applicando i precedenti interventi al modello BIM, poi elaborato da apposito software per la diagnosi energetica, abbiamo ottenuto un risultato che ha rispettato gli obiettivi del Proprietario. Infatti, una volta che il modello \u00e8 stato completamente rielaborato, la classe energetica finale raggiunge il livello B, migliorando quindi di 5 classi. Inoltre, il modello BIM \u00e8 stato utilizzato per progettare il ponteggio, definire la programmazione delle fasi di cantiere su base Gantt, e impostare il computo metrico.<\/p>\n
– assess the energetic grid at any part of the building;
– locate the thermal bridges;
– verify the external walls behavior;
– verify the windows component (frames and glass).
Once the data from the previous analysis has been collected and interconnected, the engineers has been able to understand the performance status and get feedback in the term of the European Energy Classification. Such rating ranges from A to G, where class G indicates the worst performance, while class A is further divided into 4 subclasses (A4 is the best). Following such study, the building was classified \u201cG\u201d. At this point, starting from class G and in possession of the analysis data, we were able to approach the performance problem of the building components, and find solutions to improve their energy behavior. Given that a worse energy behavior threats the indoor well-being of the inhabitants, as well as increase consumption of fossil fuels and release C02 in the atmosphere, the target requested by the Owner was to improve the rating at least by 2 classes, technologically re-evaluating the building to reclassify it in class E. Other mandatory requirement was to keep the aesthetic of the building, defined by the red brick-cladding.
To improve the overall behavior of the building we have adopted the followings:
– replace the windows, using PVC frames and double-glazed glasses solar control;
– external insulation EPS boards 120mm thickness, cladded with polymeric red brick;
– replace of the central thermal plan.
About the cladding bricks, special research was carried out in the laboratories of the STO (the industry that produces insulation panels), where they have been reproduced with the current aesthetics but with synthetic material (polymers) to reducing their weight and mitigate the increase in the overall load determined by the insulation and related support system. Applying the previous at the BIM model, then processed by scientific software, the outcome complied the Owner\u2019s targets. In fact, once the BIM model has been completely reworked, the final energy class reaches the rating B, improving by 5 classes. In addition, the BIM model was used to design the scaffolding, define the scheduling of the construction phases on a Gantt basis, and set the BOQ as well.<\/p>\n
