L<\/span>\u2019<\/span>area oggetto d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>intervento ha forma poligonale triangolare caratterizzato da un leggero declivio naturale. In considerazione dello stato di fatto, la soluzione progettuale adotta rispetta i principi di armonia con la vegetazione e il paesaggio circostante gi\u00e0 esistenti, in modo da costituire una continuit\u00e0 ambientale, avente lo scopo finale di valorizzare il progetto elevandone gli aspetti qualitativi: i criteri progettuali del verde si basano in generale <\/span>sull<\/span>\u2019<\/span>integrazione <\/span>dell<\/span>\u2019<\/span>edificato con quanto gi\u00e0 esistente che gi\u00e0 caratterizza il paesaggio urbano, l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>insieme delle specie vegetali gi\u00e0 consolidato stato mantenuto verr\u00e0 mantenuto. Un volume pensato come un cono prospettico aperto verso il paesaggio e completamente immerso nella macchia nascosto alla vista. Un <\/span>\u201c<\/span>rifugio\u201d leggero e penetrabile, immerso nel verde di chiara impronta rurale. A guidare la <\/span>\u201c<\/span>trasformazione\u201d \u00e8 stato il paesaggio, che ha determinato alcune scelte fondamentali come la scelta dei materiali, l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>orientamento dei locali, le ampie aperture verso l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>esterno e la creazione di spazi <\/span>all<\/span>\u2019<\/span>aperto. <\/span>\u201c<\/span>L<\/span>\u2019<\/span>elemento naturale ha ispirato moltissimo la genesi del progetto, comporre un unico spazio permeabile tra dentro e fuori, affinch\u00e9 la struttura si immergesse nel paesaggio come <\/span>una gemma<\/span>nascosta, e la presenza del paesaggio fosse apprezzabile da ogni angolo della casa\u201d. <\/span>Leggero e penetrabile, Il progetto nasce <\/span>all<\/span>\u2019<\/span>insegna della sperimentazione mettendo in sinergia i principi della prefabbricazione industriale, cio\u00e8 per componenti, per sfruttare al massimo l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>approvvigionamento energetico passivo in ottica di riduzione dei consumi: una casa leggera e reversibile, prodotta per componenti, <\/span>premontata<\/span>, un edificio prefabbricato, con ampie vetrate che riflettono l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>intorno.<\/span><\/p>\n ” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n In architectural terminology, the concept of a pavilion often refers to isolated, temporary, and open buildings. The intervention here involves the construction of a residential building. The area in question has a triangular polygonal shape with a gentle natural slope. Considering the existing conditions, the design solution adheres to principles of harmony with the surrounding vegetation and landscape, aiming to create environmental continuity that enhances the project’s quality aspects.The green design criteria generally focus on integrating the built structure with the existing urban landscape and maintaining the established plant species. A volume conceived as an open perspective cone towards the landscape is completely immersed in the natural vegetation, hidden from view. It serves as a light and permeable “refuge,” distinctly rural in character.The landscape guided the transformation, influencing fundamental choices such as material selection, room orientation, large openings towards the outdoors, and the creation of outdoor spaces.”The natural element greatly inspired the genesis of the project, aiming to compose a single permeable space between inside and outside, allowing the structure to blend into the landscape like a hidden gem, where the presence of the landscape is appreciated from every corner of the house.\u201d Lightweight and permeable, the project is born from experimentation, integrating the principles of industrial prefabrication\u2014component-based construction\u2014to maximize passive energy supply and reduce consumption.
